Natural grade A Burmese Jadeite pendant. The jadeite is carved into a Pixiu (貔貅). Pixiu is an ancient legendary creature that feeds on gold and jewels and keeps all in. Pixiu is believed to bring protection to its wearer in his/her wealth and overall well-being. This piece of Jadeite has icy translucent clarity, pure and smooth texture, and amazing luster! It is light blue in color with spots of golden yellow marbling. A very unique colored jadeite material. The carving is all done by hand with designs and amazing details that best showcase the beautiful colors of the material. This is all natural with ZERO treatment!
